Privilege, Duty

In the United States of America, citizens have the right and privilege of voting. It is a freedom for which the brave fought and died for. To not vote, for whatever reason, diminishes the sacrifice of those who gave their life in order for others.

In the United States of America, citizens have the right and privilege of voting. It is a freedom for which the brave fought and died for. To not vote, for whatever reason, diminishes the sacrifice of those who gave their life in order for others.

Another right fought for was that of a trial by a jury of peers. We should not try to get out of serving on jury, but rather honored to serve as peer maintaining the right of a jury by our peers. Freedom comes with responsibility as well as privilege and duty.
