Three more months of news media manipulation explaining to those who can't seem to see or hear for themselves the rhetoric of politics and mudslinging of truth-lies, as if the commercial advertisements are not enough to sway a decision.
As with most of you reading this, I have an opinion. But just because my opinion is different from yours doesn't make mine (or yours) better or worse. I certainly do not hate you because your opinion is different. I enjoy a good hearty debate on an issue. Well, I used to.
Nowadays, if you don't agree with the right opinion then you are weird, stupid, deplorable, or even a threat to democracy. Imagine that, an individual thought being a threat to democracy. If you don't agree on an issue, you don't care, are too (one way or the other) radical, don't understand the truth, have no compassion, and the list goes on.
To be fair, all sides have told lies, twisted the truth, developed warped theories and a host of other propaganda methods to distort and demonize the other side or opinion.
In the upcoming election, be sure to vote! The ballots are almost ready to print and decisions will need to be made. Make your own. Stand firm. And, vote they way you want to vote. For or Against, Democrat, Republican, or Independent it is your choice and you are smart enough to decide.
