The Board approved the school improvement plan for both Elementary and High School. It was noted that the plan is based on the previous test scores, which were last year's and the plan may need to be adjusted with the anticipated new testing from the State.

Some of the stipend and supplemental salary schedules presented were tabled for clarification and more detail. The items for bid that were approved included student insurance plan, fire extinguisher maintenance, and fuel contract.

Resignations approved included the following personnel: Sheila Harris, Carolyn Thompson, Vicki Nix, Helene Lambert and Bernard Moore.

The next regular scheduled board meeting will be Tuesday, May 9.
