Helen Wheaton, age 97 of Hampton died Monday, October 16, 2023 at Silver Oaks Health and Rehab in Camden, Arkansas. She was born October 10, 1926 in Hampton,Arkansas. She was a homemaker and a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Helen is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Thomas Ethridge and Eva L. Beasley Ethridge; husband, Charles Roy Wheaton; daughter, Rita Wheaton, who died November 15, 2019, her cremains will be buried with Helen; two
brothers, Burleson Ethridge and Bud Ethridge; and one sister, Orene Levey. She is survived by two daughters, Wanda (John) Mattingly of Mabelvale, Darlene (Charles) Parks of Sanford, NC; eleven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
