A delicious potluck meal was spread out at noon and everyone seemed to enjoy the food while visiting thru the afternoon. James Strickland gave a history of the Strickland family starting with Elisha H. J. Strickland who died at Arkansas Post during the Civil War.
Those attending the Garland & Emma Tomlinson Strickland Family Reunion on Saturday, October 21’st at the home of Steve & Claudia Chambliss from out of town were Mary Lynn Bowen and Allen Bowen of Sherwood, Larry Joe Strickland of Dardanelle, Phil Strickland of Miramar Beach, Florida, Tom and David Strickland of Benton, Seketheia Nicholson Phillips of White Hall, Harold Strickland and Deidre Douglas of Paragould and Patrick Patterson of El Dorado.
