Merrit Emery, of Caraway, Ark. in Craighead County was announced as the winner of the Havoc Boat Raffel that was sponsored by Havoc Boats and the Calhoun County Office of Emergency Management.
Emery purchased his ticket while visiting Hampton during the Hampton High School Rodeo. The Calhoun County Office of Emergency Management congratulates Emery and thanks him for supporting first responders.
