Tommy Olan Perkins, Jr.

of Calion, AR passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 48. Tommy was born May 27, 1976, to Tom, Sr. and Louise Laws Perkins (Wood). He loved his job as a mechanic for the El Dorado Water Department and considered his co-workers his family.

Tommy was preceded in death by his parents Tom and Louise and his stepfather Chester Ray Wood. Also two sisters Stacey Lynn Perkins and Lela Kaye Perkins Smith.

Survivors are his brotherin- law, Terry Smith (Kay) of Harrell and stepmother Barbara Perkins of Jasper. Stepsisters Lechelle Walters of Vilonia, Rose Carrington (Danny) of Warren, Beverly Ashcraft of Monticello and Brenda Wesson (Ronnie) of Fountain Hill. Bonus families, the Stacy and Ronda Dolden family as well as the families of Mortuary Barbeque, the Leonards’ and the Samuels’. He will truly be missed by two little girls Kenzlee and AvaLeigh that fondly called him Pawpaw T.

Services will be held Tuesday January 21st at First Assembly of God Church in Hampton with Reverends Jerry Ables and Rickey Smith officiating. Visitation will begin at 1:00 with the service starting at 2:00. Interment at Campground Cemetery immediately following.

Pall bearers are Jesse Pitts, Jeff Tillman, Clayton Steele, Hunter Steele, Blane Dolden and Blain Phillips.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
