He is survived by two daughters, Jeana Moody-Edlin and Terra (Naomi) Moody of Bowling Green, KY; one step son, Thomas (Angie) Welborn of Bowling Green, KY; one brother, Brad (Cathy) Moody of Hot Springs; one sister, Karen Barnett of Moro Bay; special nephew and niece, Eric and Crystal Martin of Hampton; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Debra Marie Wilkerson Madera, 67 of Hampton died Wednesday June 7, 2023 at her home. Born July 17, 1955 at New Orleans, she was a daughter of the late Lavere “Bud” Wilkerson and Billie Jean Johnston Wilkerson.

Stringfellow, 60, of Hampton died Sunday May 28, 2023 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. Born July 7, 1962, she was a daughter of the late Samuel E. Cosby and Frances Naomi Clemons Cosby.

Sylvia G. Thornton, age 86 of Fordyce died Friday, June 2, 2023 at her home. She was born March 7, 1937 in Hampton, Arkansas. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Fordyce and former owner operator of Captain Cook’s restaurant in Fordyce.

Myles Allen Lea, age 75 of Hampton died Friday, June 02, 2023 at Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden, Arkansas. He was born August 10, 1947 in El Dorado, Arkansas. He was a retired carpenter and a U.S. Army veteran.

Alan Eugene Goolsby, age 76, is now rejoicing with Jesus, having passed from this world Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 6:36 pm. Alan died peacefully with his wife, daughter, and pastor at his side. After 11 days in hospice, he simply took one breath and then not the next.

Justin Aaron Thompson, 40 of Hampton, died Thursday, May 25, 2023. He was born August 17th, 1982 in El Dorado to Rusty and Carol Skidmore Thompson. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Billy James and Betty Jo Thompson and his cousin, Rocky Thompson.
